Admission Counsellor Location: Noida Sector 2 (Work from Office)
About the Role IIM SKILLS is seeking highly motivated and performance-driven Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions team. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in EdTech admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, or business development who are passionate about guiding learners and delivering exceptional enrollment experiences. This role demands excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve admission targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update lead status in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding experience.
Deliver an exceptional learner experience while maintaining organizational quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a performance-driven workplace.

Compensation & Benefits
