Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a sales team, and ensure achievement of revenue and sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing property consultations tailored to client needs. The role also involves coordinating site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closure of transactions. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with management to implement sales strategies, track performance, and maintain accurate sales reports.





Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring, performance tracking, and motivation of sales staff.
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Sound understanding of real estate markets, property types, and local regulatory considerations (experience in Greater Noida/Noida region is an advantage).
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for maintaining records, reports, and client data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in real estate sales management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet targets within defined timelines.
