Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end admissions strategy and execution

• Lead and mentor counselling and admissions teams

• Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion and revenue performance

• Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and channel ROI

• Build school, coaching, corporate, and education consultant partnerships

• Track funnel performance, CAC, forecasts, and conversion metrics

• Develop dashboards and drive data-backed decision making

Ideal Profile

• 12–16 years of experience in admissions and sales leadership

• Strong background in higher education, EdTech, professional or international education

• Proven experience managing large counselling teams

• Robust analytical mindset with CRM and data-driven decision-making experience
