Compensation: The Role As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary relationship point between our Members and our Operations Team, ensuring every request is communicated with clarity, executed seamlessly, and delivered to the highest standards.





You will take complete ownership of the client journey—from understanding member requirements and coordinating with internal teams to providing proactive updates and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicates with confidence, and has a natural ability to manage people, priorities, and premium service experiences.

Your ability to create confidence, anticipate needs, and deliver consistently exceptional service will define the Member experience.

Key Responsibilities · Act as the primary point of contact for Members across phone calls, email, and in-person interactions.

· Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the Operations Team.

· Coordinate closely with Lifestyle Managers, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of every request.
