Portfolio & Deliverables:

Develop and execute innovative, integrated social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.

Create engaging and high-performing social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring content is relevant, creative, and tailored to target audiences.

Robust copywriting experience is mandatory, with the ability to write, review, edit, and proofread compelling content across social media channels. The candidate must have hands-on experience in copy development and ensure all communication adheres to brand tone, messaging, and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful digital storytelling and campaign ideas.

Stay ahead of global, digital, and social media trends, proactively educating clients and internal teams on emerging opportunities, platform updates,



and best practices to drive meaningful engagement.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic counsel on social media, digital communications, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and proactively managing expectations, challenges, and opportunities.

Ensure client reporting incorporates the right performance metrics, delivers actionable insights, and clearly demonstrates progress against agreed objectives. All reports and written communication must be professionally crafted, proofread, and aligned with established quality standards.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, proactively identifying solutions, overcoming roadblocks, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
