Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA)
Technical Documentation
- Develop and maintain:
- Flight manuals (POH)
- Maintenance manuals
- System documentation
- Perform technical authoring and editing
Certification & Compliance Support
- Create and manage:
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Design History File (DHF)
- Generate test plans and compliance reports
- Support certification processes aligned with DGCA requirements
Testing & Lab Coordination




- Coordinate with external labs for:
- EMI/EMC testing
- IP rating validation
- Environmental testing (temperature/humidity)
- Track and document test results and compliance evidence
Process & Quality
- Conduct process flow audits and compliance checks
- Draft and maintain:
- SOPs
- Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
- Ensure documentation aligns with QMS standards
