Executive, Travel Desk

Job Description:

We at SEDEMAC are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel.

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel.
- Handle flight, train, bus and hotel bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and related documentation for international travel.
- Maintain knowledge of consulate correspondence and assist employees with visa queries and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with general travel-related rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and generate periodic reports.
- Negotiate rates with travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors for better deals.
- Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations,



and emergency travel needs.
- Stay updated on travel advisories, consulate updates, and international travel norms.

Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, visa rules, and consulate procedures.
- Efficiency in using different travel portals and booking platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
