About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven strategy professional to anchor business strategy, analytics and operational finance for the hospital. This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior management and clinical leadership — turning data into decisions, driving topline growth, protecting margins, and shaping pricing and expansion strategy. The ideal candidate breaks problems down with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach and is equally comfortable building a P&L; model, running a revenue audit, and presenting insights to the board.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Intelligence
- Develop Monthly Business Review (MBR) and MIS reports for management and board-level review.
- Conduct market analysis, trend forecasting and segmentation to identify emerging revenue channels and growth opportunities.
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear, hypothesis-driven workstreams and drive them to a decision.
- Partner with business development to build new verticals and B2B / aggregator partnerships.

Pricing & P&L;




- Design and implement pricing protocols and structures across specialties, payer types (Cash, Insurance, Schemes) and care settings.
- Build and monitor specialty-wise and department-wise P&L; conduct doctor-wise and vendor-wise margin analysis (MoM and YoY).
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting exercise; prepare rolling forecasts.

Revenue & Cost Optimization
- Run recurring revenue audits to identify and arrest revenue leakage and improve conversion mix.
- Conduct audits to optimize COGS across drugs, consumables, implants and general line items.
- Build surgical / consumable formulary controls for OT, ICU and wards.

Project Finance & Decision Support
- Support CAPEX / OPEX planning, business-case analysis and ROI evaluation for high-end biomedical equipment and new projects.
- Build agile dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for data-driven decision-making by management.
