As an HR Apprentice at LatentView, you will be immersed in the world of human resources, gaining practical experience and exposure to different facets of HR functions. This apprenticeship program offers a unique chance to learn from seasoned HR professionals while contributing to real-world projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:
1. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions
- Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.




- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

3. Employee Engagement and Development:
- End to end management of engagement initiatives
- Should be capable of organising various initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Should be efficient in logistics, follow up and capable of managing high volume data
- Support the coordination of training and development programs for employees

4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in
