- Excellent knowledge in English & Hindi - written and spoken
- Education qualification should be either Intermediate / Graduate / Diploma
- Should be comfortable with flexible shifts / night shifts / rotational week off
- Should be comfortable with adaptable shifts / night shifts / rotational week off For women shift time only between 8 AM to 8 PM
- Age should be 18 to 35 | Age should be 18 to 35
- Handle customer queries & complaints | Handle critical situations and ensure appropriate solutions to the customers
- Minimum 12th pass is mandatory | Rotational Shifts - 24/7
- Immediate joiners | Minimum 0-6 months experience
