The Event Production Manager will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of live events, including movie premieres, promotional events, corporate functions, and large-scale experiential campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of event production, from concept to completion, ensuring that every event aligns with the client's goals and is executed seamlessly.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand event objectives and vision.

Develop detailed event plans,



including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Production Management:

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations throughout.

Manage technical production, including AV, lighting, sound, and special effects.

Resolve any issues that may arise during the production process, ensuring timely solutions.
Vendor & Supplier Management:

Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Negotiate contracts, review quotes, and ensure high-quality service delivery from third-party vendors.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to cost constraints and client expectations.

Track spending and find cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.
