Plan and execute shoots across podcasts, interviews, events, campaigns, and brand content

Manage lighting, audio, and multicamera productions

Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Add motion graphics and visual enhancements

Optimize content for different formats and channels

Work closely with Founders, Marketing, Content, and Growth teams

Translate creative ideas into compelling visual stories

Own projects from concept to final delivery





Experiment with AI-powered tools and new workflows

Stay updated with content, creator, and video production trends

Helping Airtribe build a strong, recognisable video presence across platforms

Turning ideas and raw footage into content that actually holds attention

2–4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing

~ Experience handling indoor and outdoor shoots independently

~ Strong understanding of lighting, framing, camera operations, and audio

~ Experience working on branded content, corporate shoots, podcasts, or creator-led productions

~ Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality

~ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI-powered creative tools

2+ years of professional production experience

~ Strong editing and storytelling skills
