Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the logistics industry. Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and acquire current business opportunities within the assigned region.

Understand customer requirements and provide customized logistics and transportation solutions.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Generate revenue from both new and existing accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Drive business growth while ensuring profitability and healthy gross margins.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.





Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase customer retention.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales or B2B Sales.

Prior experience in the Courier, Express, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Air Cargo industry is preferred.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong B2B sales and business development expertise.

Good understanding of Domestic Air Logistics, Express Distribution, and Freight Operations.
