YourNest is all set to launch its flagship Fund IV of INR 1500 crores and is seeking to strengthen its Portfolio Management and Growth team.



Now we're hiring an "Associate Principal - Growth Equity & Exits" to join us in this mission.

How does this role contribute?

As an Associate Principal/Principal - Growth Equity & Exits, you will lead the growth equity and exits, telling the portfolio company's story to the right buyer with years of context, not a cold introduction. Ensures the founder's outcome reflects the journey, not just the numbers. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for portfolio exits and facilitates critical follow-on funding rounds (Series A and beyond). This role is designed to ensure fund-level outcomes specifically meeting DPI targets while providing institutional memory and "near-Partner" leadership for founders during high-stakes transactions. The Impact is at Fund level.

Drive Exit Strategy & Execution (structuring acquisitions, secondaries, IPOs) and Exit Readiness & Compliance (aligning stakeholders on deal terms, documentation, and value realisation).
