- Analytic strategies to meet the demands of business requirements
- Data quality standards by analyzing existing data and performing data validations
- Data requirements of the reports/dashboard
- Play a crucial role in implementing, improving and maintaining SQL and Power BI based solutions:
- Partner with product analysts, business users, clients and others to understand their needs and come up with an end-to-end solution
- Translate business requirements to actionable data tasks

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS & Data Warehousing concepts. Hands-on experience in SQL
- Create data model for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for identified use case

Responsibilities

- Common Skillsets:
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, Power BI, Excel, SQL and associated data visualization jobs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of data visualization and SQL
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client ready dashboards/reports with minimal or no supervision
- Explore automation opportunities and develop solutions using Power App, Power Automate
- Ability to create new data models over PBI or experience with creation of semantic layer
- Ability to apply RLS to control accessibility and manage reports over dedicated PBI workspaces




- Good communication skill for client interaction
- - Data Management skillset:

- Ability to understand data and corresponding data type, format, value, quality expectations, standards etc.
- Reconcile, validate in excel and identify data issues, data quality issues and report out the same
- Should have strong grasp of SQL functionalities (joins, nested query, and procedures); SQL optimization knowledge or analytical views creation knowledge

Solid ability to translate functional specifications / requirements to technical requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- 4+ Years of relevant work experience (Business Intelligence tools, Data Analysis) and Prior experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate
- Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
