- Production support, maintenance activities in switch (postilion switch experience given preference ).
- Knowledge in NDC/DDC messages
- Knowledge in Visa VTS simulator, Master Card Debit & Credit Simulators (MDS & MAS)
- Positive Knowledge in ISO message formats (ISO 8583 version 87, 93).
- Vendor/user co-ordinations, certifications, Patch testing & implementation.
- Responsible for making the system up 24x7, documenting and tracking all incidents to identify
the root cause and take preventive measures.
- Support & Manage UAT.
- Audit and controls - Review all organization process and procedures continuously and keep the
systems and process compliant to those.
