- To initiate and perform the QMS activity.
- Handling Deviations, CAPAs and Change Controls.
- Performing IQ, OQ and PQ activities of vial and ampoule filling machine.
- To prepare the SOPs, BMR, Protocols and documents related to the Parenteral production facility.
- Preparation for audit related documentation and maintaining area.
- Review of BMR and other related documents for its completion in various stages.
- Ensure online documentation such as BMR, equipment usage and cleaning log, environmental monitoring record, as per company’s policy.
- Operation and supervising of equipment in vial/ampoule washing, filling capping machine
- Line clearance during batch / product change over
- Check the maintained of the department, premises and equipment
