Basic Major Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance.

- Reconciliations of various accounts like Bank, Debtors, Creditors, GST, TDS, etc.

- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and variance analysis.

- Prepare suitable periodic MIS and presentations to senior management.

- Well versed with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act and related compliances.

- Coordinate financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.

Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to prepare related MIS and other reports in support of above.

- Set performance goals, provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

- Ensure the team stays updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA (Inter), ACA, ICWA, MBA Finance





- Well versed with accounting transactions in manufacturing set up.

- Experience of ERP suitable for manufacturing industry like SAP, Navision or QAD (Aliter Business Solutions).

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PPT and other MS office tools as being used in corporates.

- Integrity, Ethics and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding skilled standards.
