Business Development Specialist — Space Crafter Studio (On-site, Bengaluru)

Space Crafter Studio designs and delivers end‑to‑end signage and spatial branding solutions. We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and site discovery to design coordination, proposals, negotiation, and handover to production.

Responsibilities

- Pipeline ownership: Source and qualify B2B leads across real estate, retail, education, hospitality, fitness, and corporate sectors. Build a predictable pipeline and maintain activity hygiene in CRM.
- Discovery & site visits: Conduct on‑site assessments, capture photos/videos, take accurate measurements, and note installation constraints, visibility, lighting, and safety considerations.
- Solution scoping: Translate client requirements into clear briefs. Explain materials (ACP, acrylic, metal), finishes, lighting (LED, backlit, edge‑lit), and mounting options with pros/cons and budget ranges.
- Design coordination: Work with our design team to share site inputs, drawings, and brand guidelines. Present concepts, manage feedback loops, and secure approvals before production.
- Quotations & closure: Prepare precise quotations, negotiate scope/timelines within company guidelines, and drive order closure with PO/advance. Document terms, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Order handover:



Coordinate with production and installation, share approved drawings/quantities, track timelines, and keep clients informed through completion and handover.
- Account growth: Nurture relationships, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and drive renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years in B2B sales; signage, fabrication, construction, interiors, or branding industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
- High ownership, target‑driven mindset, and excellent time management.
- Comfortable with site work and technical measurements; basic understanding of drawings and materials.
- Two‑wheeler and valid driving license.

Work Setup

- In office in Bengaluru; office reporting Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Role reports to the Director.
