Role Overview We are looking for a Video Editor with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in creating high-quality content for digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver performance-driven videos (ads, social media, product content) with clear ownership of execution quality, platform optimization, and turnaround time. This role is ideal for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, publish-ready content independently.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ads, explainers) using Premiere Pro After Effects
- Deliver 5–10 edited videos per week based on format and complexity
- Convert raw footage into final publish-ready videos with minimal supervision
- Execute platform-specific edits (Instagram, YouTube, paid ads) with correct formats, pacing, and retention focus.

Motion & Visual Effects
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform color correction and grading using built-in tools or DaVinci Resolve (if applicable).
- Handle subtitles, captions, and text overlays in multiple languages.

Audio & Post-Production
- Edit and clean audio using Adobe Audition or equivalent tools (noise reduction, leveling, syncing).
