Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Demand Generation to lead Pixelo's demand generation function. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound and inbound channels, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.




- Own and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns across Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Lead inbound demand generation initiatives through SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Demand Generation team.
- Drive SQL, MQL, meetings booked, and pipeline generation targets.
- Partner with Sales and Content teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage client interactions and present campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute hands-on to prospecting, client calls, and key growth initiatives when required.

Qualifications:
- 6–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Sales
