Role Overview

We're looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Lead Design to lead brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and creative direction across channels.

This role combines big-picture brand thinking with hands-on creative leadership. You'll shape compelling narratives, elevate Amber's visual identity, and lead multidisciplinary creative teams to deliver culturally relevant,



high-impact campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.

As the design lead, you'll manage a team spanning graphic design, motion design, video production, and creative execution while collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and external agencies. You'll also champion the adoption of AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and creative quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, ideation, and execution of integrated creative campaigns while ensuring a consistent global visual identity across all channels.
- Own the creative direction for Hero, Hub, and Hygiene content initiatives.
- Drive brainstorming sessions and concept development, bringing fresh and creative design ideas to every campaign.
- Oversee creative delivery across Amber's global marketing channels, including:
- Social-first content
- Paid media creatives
- Brand campaigns
- Website and landing pages
- Digit
