Role Overview Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Verification & Validation (V&V;) Expert to lead validation activities for its Low Voltage (LV) Connected Products portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, reliability, safety, cybersecurity, and compliance through robust verification and validation processes, advanced test automation, AI-enabled testing, model-based validation approaches, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across product validation, cybersecurity testing, automation frameworks, HIL/SIL environments, and test infrastructure while working closely with Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Product Management, Quality, and Cybersecurity teams. Key Responsibilities Define and drive V&V; strategies, standards, methodologies, and best practices for Connected Products. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, system, performance, reliability, qualification, and cybersecurity validation.



Lead end-to-end verification and validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and validation solutions. Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to improve test case generation, defect prediction, test coverage, and validation efficiency. Lead the adoption of Model-Based Testing (MBT) to improve requirement traceability, test coverage, and early defect detection. Define, develop, and deploy Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) validation environments for embedded and connected products. Develop simulation-based validation strategies to verify system functionality, control algorithms, communication interfaces, and cybersecurity requirements. Integrate automated testing, HIL/SIL platforms, and model-based validation approaches into Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps workflows.
