About the role:
This role will be responsible for new product development for HVAC Light commercials and VRF.
Key Responsibilities:
As a System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead/ support cooling system (HVAC)



engineering programs from concept through validation and release, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business objectives
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution.
- Follow, develop & maintain system‑level engineering plans, including scope definition, technical deliverables, design milestones, and resource coordination
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and system‑level risks related to cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Define, track, and review engineering KPIs such as cooling performance, efficiency, reliability, validation status, and schedule adherence
- Ensure cooling system designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and internal engineering processes (e.g., HVAC codes, safety, quality, and stage‑gate requirements)
