Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Aftersales Logistics Systems to lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing logistics processes and systems within the After-Sales domain. The role involves overseeing complex, cross-functional, and international projects while ensuring alignment across various markets.




The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership and project management skills, a solid understanding of automotive after-sales systems and processes, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. The position requires effective stakeholder management, coordination of testing and enhancement activities, and strategic resource planning to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of aftersales engineers in developing and maintaining Logistics processes and systems
· Facilitate large group meetings to build consensus and advance projects.
· Oversee project management, including tools, reporting, methodologies, and best practices.
· Manage team resources: assess project suitability, monitor performance, conduct appraisals, provide feedback, and mentor for development.
· Develop and track project plans, and prepare presentations and reports using MS Office tools.
