Role Overview
The Vice President will play a significant role in originating, executing, and managing ECM, M&A; and strategic advisory mandates across the TMT (tech, media, telecom, digital infrastructure) sector in India.




The role requires deep sector expertise, solid financial modeling skills, client relationship management, and the ability to drive complex transactions from pitch to closure.
The VP will work closely with clients, ie corporates, private equity funds and venture capital funds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Origination & Business Development
Identify and originate M&A; opportunities in:
Technology: consumer tech, enterprise tech (including ITeS), software, fintech, AI related, other verticals
Telecom: connectivity providers, data centre platforms, tower platforms, fiber operators
Media: content players, distribution platforms
Develop relationships with:
Corporates (founders, CXO, CFO, head of strategy, head of IR)
Private equity funds
Venture capital funds
Pension funds and sovereign wealth funds
Multinational TMT players
Prepare and deliver high-quality pitch materials and strategic presen
