Job Description:
Laxmi Group is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of
experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in press shop and weld shop environments. The role will involve
ensuring product quality standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with production teams to maintain high
levels of quality control.
Responsibilities:
 Conducting quality inspections in press and weld shop operations.




 Identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
 Reviewing production processes and providing recommendations for improvements.
 Maintaining records of quality inspections and reports.
 Collaborating with other departments to improve overall quality standards.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control role.
 Knowledge of press shop and weld shop processes.
 Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
