The Role
We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer to join our busy Dandenong clinic on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional service to clients, patients,



and healthcare professionals.
No two days are the same in this fast-paced role, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping people.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing reception duties
- Coordinating and processing medical bookings
- Managing medical results and documentation
- Administering health questionnaires
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Invoicing and general administrative support
