Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal / HR Associate with experience in the US Staffing or Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, compliance processes, employee records, contract management, onboarding documentation, and HR operations related to US staffing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR/legal documents.
- Manage client agreements, vendor contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and staffing requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and management teams regarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain legal and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.




- Assist in compliance audits and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Eligibility & Requirements
- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
- 3–6 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Contracts, HR Operations, or Legal Operations.
- Experience working with a US Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions company will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of contract management, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Time Zones).
