:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (Female) to join our Tata Motors dealership in Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling:Greet walk-in customers and assist them with queries related to Tata vehicles.Understand customer needs and provide guidance on available models, features, and finance options.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and skilled attitude toward customers at all times.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.Follow up with potential and existing customers post-visit and post-delivery.Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally..Requirements:Female candidates only (as per showroom's team diversity goals).Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BCom, or similar).1 - 3 years of experience in customer service,
relationship management, or front-office roles.
