Job Description
Position Summary:
Orange City Water Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) to lead the organization towards achieving its mission of providing productive,
sustainable, and innovative water and sanitation services. The CEO will be responsible for setting
and executing the company's strategic direction, managing its operations, driving financial
growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to environmental sustainability
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and General Management:
● Oversee and manage the organization’s overall operations, including production, water
supply, customer service, engineering, business development, human resources, and
logistics.




● Provide guidance on all areas of operation and establish the direction for the company's
growth.
● Lead and motivate the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals
and performance targets.
Financial and Operational Planning:
● Develop and be accountable for the company's short, medium, and long-term plans,
including the financial plan, annual operational plan, and profit distribution plan.
● Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s
objectives and sustainable growth.
● Monitor and improve the efficiency and productivity of the production facilities to meet
organizational goals.
Health and Safety Compliance:
● Ensure the implementation and regular auditing of Health and Safety regulations across
all activities to ensure a safe working environment.
● Promote a culture of health and safety awareness throughout the organization.
