Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join the Cardiology department.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our six main campuses:




Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.
About the Role:
This is an Internal Locum (casual) role that requires the appointee to support and assist the Cardiology Unit in the provision of high quality medical services at Northern Health, consistent with Northern Health values.
The Cardiologist will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members including allied health clinicians, nursing and medical staff to deliver high quality Cardiology services.
The role is based at Northern Health Epping Campus.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) is essential
- Specialist Medical Registration in Cardiology
