What You Can Expect
The Business Systems Lead, CAD/PLM is the primary functional bridge between Engineering and Information Technology for CAD and PLM capabilities across the enterprise. This role is best suited for a professional who began their career in engineering design, product development,



or a related engineering discipline and later transitioned into PLM, engineering systems, or digital engineering leadership.
This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. The person in this role serves as the organization’s key subject matter expert for engineering processes within IT, helping ensure that strategy, architecture, and implementation decisions reflect how engineering work is performed in practice.
The role is primarily focused on CAD/PLM strategy, governance, and process enablement, with meaningful involvement in migration and consolidation initiatives, including the movement of engineering data and processes from Teamcenter-based environments into PTC Windchill.
