Key Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with bank employees and customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or CASA Sales.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Willing to travel within the assigned location if required.
