Job description
- Initial 18 month contract
- Various Construction Projects across Greater Sydney
- Competitive Daily rate

Manage design and construction projects for the NSW Government, delivering agreed objectives, project requirements and key deliverables.

About the role:
- Maintain regular attendance at project offices and construction sites to collaborate with stakeholders, support project activities and oversee delivery throughout all project stages.
- Manage and control construction works and associated worksites as the delegated Principal Contractor Representative, including coordinating site interfaces with adjacent construction works.
- Implement risk-based construction management processes, controls and systems to promote a strong safety culture and ensure consistency across worksites, work teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure performance, quality,



environmental and compliance requirements are met in accordance with the project scope, contractual deliverables, legislation and relevant codes of practice.
- Provide technical and construction methodology advice to stakeholders, supporting the protected and cost-effective delivery of construction works.
- Execute safety responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities in accordance with organisational safety management system requirements and established safety frameworks.

About you:
- Availability to work outside standard business hours, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays, to support operational requirements.
- Hold a current Class C Driver Licence.
- Possess a valid RIW Card and TfNSW Operator Role accreditation.
- Experience in Track, Civil or Electrical projects
