Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role combines strong backend development in Java with modern frontend work, collaborating across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will contribute to architecture decisions, drive feature delivery, and support CI/CD and cloud adoption to enable business growth and digital transformation.
Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
Proficiency in Java and Java EE platforms for enterprise application development, including Spring, Hibernate, and JSF
Frontend experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular) and HTML5/CSS3
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Version control experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Experience with build and packaging tools (Maven or Gradle)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines)




Understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud deployment
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing (Jest/Enzyme)
NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts
Exposure to microservices architecture and API gateways
Overall Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and APIs in alignment with business requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code; participate in code reviews to ensure quality
Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and backend developers to design integrated solutions
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across environments
Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
