About the Role:
JoinGig4U’s Internal Team as aRecruitment Executive and be the link between freelancers, part-timers, and top client projects. You’ll handlebulk/volume hiring/ Blue collar hiring for internal business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions using various job portals and recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

Managebulk and volume hiring for internal requirements

Source candidates throughjob portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels

Screen resumes and conductinitial telephonic interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates

Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk/volume hiring preferred)

Hands-on experience withjob portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Strong knowledge ofsourcing, screening, and recruitment processes

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

Graduate in any discipline

Positive personality and presentable appearance

Ready to work from the office
