Purpose
This role is responsible for addressing all IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with the relevant service-level agreements and cooperating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description -
- Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS D356 F&O; system, with focus on Finance and Purchasing
- Manage, address and resolve incident and requests tickets and ensuring timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Procurement.
- Delivering regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Assisting with systems integrations.
- Supporting ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O; by training key-users, participating actively in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.
Required Skills -
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O;, with robust focus on Finance and Purchasing modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
