Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager (Partnerships & Alliances), you will drive strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise partners to accelerate business growth and expand Borderless's distribution network. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding partners to driving partner-led revenue, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening executive relationships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams, you will play a key role in scaling Borderless's partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard,



and grow strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise partners.
- Own partner relationships and drive revenue, pipeline, and business growth.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
- Lead joint go to market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.
- Track partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend current partnership opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, and MBA is a plus. 6 to10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within banking, financial services, fintech, or wealth management,
