Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

We are looking for a Associate/Senior Associate Scientist - Analytical Sciences to join our ambitious team at our IGTeD center.



The incumbent in this role will be responsible for end to end planning & implementation in partnership with local & global analytical & product development teams for respective categories for India and other Colgate Zones while being compliant to defined safety, quality & regulatory norms
Responsibilities:
- Provide Advanced Analytical expertise to Personal Care and Home Care stability projects , Raw materials, global and local analytical and product development project teams and the manufacturing sites across geographies
- Collaborate with Product development scientists, procurement and suppliers for raw material qualifications, root cause analysis and drafting product specifications
- Coordinate with external labs and institutes for advanced analytical technique
- Analyze raw materials, experimental formulas, finished products, competitive products, and troubleshooting samples. Follow written analytical lab procedures from global, experimental methods and published standard or compendia sources.
- Perform Method development, method validations, Tech transfer to plants
- Perform and report the results of
