Job description
Prior work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus Knowledge of Lean, working knowledge of KanBan principles, product component knowledge and assembly processes Ability to work collaboratively with hourly personnel Ability to develop and train cell leaders to manage a team oriented production group Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate clearly and concisely in English 1+ years of experience in a remote setting or previous experience as a Room Attendant, Houseman, or General Helper is an asset
