Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and candidate follow-ups until joining.

Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Keka).





Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality-of-hire and turnaround time.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Experience hiring for IT, Cloud, Sales, or Corporate roles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.

Experience with ATS/HRMS platforms such as Keka is preferred.

Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.

Ability to work independently and deliver against hiring targets.
