We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a background in or and be ready to work from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Vendor Management:** Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers. This involves researching and evaluating potential vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

- **Purchase Orders:** Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. This responsibility ensures that all orders are fulfilled correctly and without unnecessary delays.

- **Stock Monitoring:** Keep track of inventory levels and notify the team when stocks are low. This helps maintain smooth operations without interruptions due to stockouts.

- **Price Negotiation:** Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers for the best possible terms. Effective negotiation is key to maximizing profitability and minimizing costs.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier agreements. This is crucial for financial tracking and for auditing purposes.





- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments to suppliers. Coordination with other departments ensures that all purchasing decisions align with the company’s budget.
