Full knowledge of ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Ensure timely filing of ESI and PF returns.
Coordinate labour inspections and statutory audits.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
Liaise with government departments and labour authorities.
Handle contractor compliance and documentation.
Vendor compliance management.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances.
Conduct disciplinary proceedings.
Maintain positive industrial relations.
Exit interviews and full & final settlement.
Employee counselling and conflict resolution.
Administration
Support office administration.
Coordinate with management on HR strategies.
Maintain HR policies and SOPs.
Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
Hands-on experience in PF,
ESI, Labour Compliance
Payroll processing knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Robust documentation and reporting skills
MS Excel and HRMS proficiency
Ability to handle confidential information
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs.
Manage employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies.
Maintain HR MIS and monthly reports.
Support performance appraisal process.
Assist management in implementing HR policies.
