Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.

Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

Handle attendance, leave records, and employee database.

Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs.

Manage employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

Address employee queries related to HR policies.

Maintain HR MIS and monthly reports.

Support performance appraisal process.

Assist management in implementing HR policies.

Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills





Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi)

Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with HRMS software preferred

Good organizational and documentation skills

Positive attitude with problem-solving ability
