**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Screening Resumes:** Review job applications to find candidates that meet our requirements, ensuring a good match for the positions available.

- **Conducting Interviews:** Assist in scheduling and conducting initial interviews to help identify qualified candidates and understand their potential fit within the company.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Help in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to start their roles effectively.

- **Maintaining HR Records:** Organize and maintain employee records and documents, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

- **Handling Queries:** Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, providing clear information to ensure understanding and compliance.
