**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greet Visitors:** Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable as soon as they arrive.

- **Manage Phone Calls:** Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally to the appropriate staff members.

- **Handle Inquiries:** Assist guests with their questions and provide information about the facilities and services we offer.

- **Schedule Appointments:** Organize and maintain appointment schedules for staff and make sure all meetings are confirmed.

- **Maintain Reception Area:** Keep the front desk area neat and tidy, ensuring all materials and information are current and available.

- **Perform Administrative Tasks:** Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
