We are seeking a PPC Engineer to join our team in Waluj. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This is a full-time office-based role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Plan and Prepare Production Schedules:** You will develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely execution of orders and keep track of resources needed for production.
- **Monitor Production Processes:** You will oversee the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- **Analyze Production Data:** You will collect and analyze data related to production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- **Coordinate with Various Departments:** You will collaborate with teams in engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to facilitate a seamless flow of information and materials.
- **Optimize Resource Allocation:** You will assess current resource utilization and implement strategies to optimize manpower and machine usage.
- **Maintain Inventory Levels:** You will monitor inventory levels to ensure that materials are available for production without excess stock accumulating.
