Senior Sales Officer – HORECA Channel

Location: Goa

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) channel in Goa. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across the HORECA channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional customers.
- Identify and onboard recent customers to expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotional activities.
- Manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures.




- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HORECA channel
