About the role:
The Rural Education Coordinator will develop and deliver CPD programs for rural GPs and rural generalists, with a focus on emergency medicine education. Reporting to the Manager, Rural Member Support, this role will collaborate with clinicians, educators and key stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences and drive continuous improvement.
As our Rural Education Coordinator, you'll also:
- Lead course development and accreditation activities with clinical experts to create engaging, outcomes-focused education programs
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, marketing and communications to ensure successful course delivery
- Coordinate course logistics, administration and on-the-ground delivery to a high standard




- Build strong stakeholder relationships and evaluate programs to identify future learning opportunities and improvements

Skills & Experience:
- Experience developing and delivering education programs or events
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
